Esoteric Meaning Of Easter 5/5

The spiritual life is an individual life. There are ways of receiving help from a teacher. There are ways of receiving help from each other, but the final battle and victory is an entirely individual one that must be fought out in the consciousness of you as an individual, just as Jesus probably could have gotten a little support from his disciples in the garden of Gethsemane. Behind even Karma 2/5

And in the mind of God, every single one of these things that I have described tonight is the mind of flesh producing the arm of flesh. So, if there’s a blue baby, or there is a twisted baby, or there is a deformed baby, or if there is a grownup with cancer, or if there’s someone that got it through karma, or if there’s someone that got it through indiscriminate sexual diseases and one thing and another or activities, regardless of its name or nature, it has its foundation in the mind of flesh. The Deep Silence of My Peace 3/3

If in this moment of stillness and of silence, you feel even the tiniest touch of the Christ, you will never again fear though you walk through the desert or through the wilderness, or through the waters or through the flames or through the valley of the shadow of death. You will never again fear, because the remembrance of this little touch will be a reassurance that: “before Abraham was, I was right there with you and lo I am with you unto the end of the world. I will never leave you nor forsake you; as I was with Abraham, so I will be with you. As I was with Moses in the Red Sea, in the wilderness, so I will be with you; though the waters pass over you, they will not drown you.” Continue reading The Deep Silence of My Peace 3/3

The Christ (4/5)

1950 First Portland Tape 4 Side 1 The Christ By Joel Goldsmith Part 4 of 5 This quality in the mind of Moses and in the mind of Elijah, we, today call “the Christ.” Whereas Moses called it I Am, and whereas Elijah called it the still small voice, or the angel of the Lord, or the voice of the Lord, you watch what happens when it comes to Christ Jesus, he doesn’t call it by any of those names; he has a new one. He calls it the Father within. I can of my own self do nothing, the … Continue reading The Christ (4/5)

The Christ (3/5)

1950 First Portland Tape 4 Side 1 The Christ By Joel Goldsmith Part 3 of 5 Now, I’m going to go to the third step along the way of scripture and show you that this meat that I have within, or water or wine or resurrection, was, as Jesus called it, even before Abraham. It was not a new dispensation given to the world by a man named Jesus. It was not a new teaching; it was an ancient teaching; so ancient that he said, before Abraham was, and Abraham was the Father of the Hebrews, the originators, so to … Continue reading The Christ (3/5)

The Spiritual Christmas part 2

The world will accept the Christ when the world is sufficiently in need of It: The Hebrews under Pharaoh accepted Moses, but their need was great; the Hebrews under Caesar accepted the Christ, also because their need was great. And so this entire world will accept the Christ when its need becomes great enough. Some evidence of this is becoming apparent because in those countries that have experienced the greatest problems we have found the greatest receptivity and response. The Middle Path / I am that I am

Christ is your Self-hood. Christ is your identity. Christ is spiritual. Christ is the Son of God. That is the man we are revealing. So it is that circumcision or uncircumcision, baptism or not baptism availeth nothing because you are already that which you are seeking, and any physical or mental attempt to attain or earn or deserve Christ-hood must fail. Specific Principles (3/5)

Now Jesus Christ is a Hebrew Rabbi, preaching in the Hebrew Synagogue, but somewhere along the line, he too has revelation.  I am the bread.  I am life eternal. I’m not seeking a God, I’m not praying to a God.  I am the way, I am the truth.  I am in the midst of me is God, closer to me than breathing, nearer than hands and feet.  Why am I searching this world for God?  Why am I looking for truth?  Why am I seeking a way?   I am is the way.   I am is the truth.  I am is life eternal.  I am is the spirit in the midst of me, the teacher, the savior, the Christ, the comforter.
