In spite of appearances, thou art there. Thou are here. I shall not fear what man can do to me. I shall not fear what mortal man can do to me. I shall not fear what circumstance or condition can do to me. I shall not fear what anything—time or space—can do to me. Now the very moment that you claim that the infinite wisdom of God is yours, all of God’s love is yours, all of immortality is yours, all eternal life is yours, all of “My peace” is yours. My peace I give unto you, not as the world giveth. But the ability to attain this consciousness comes only with constant and steadfast practice; the continuous abiding in the knowledge that we must not accept appearances; that we must reject consciously every concept of God, of man, of things; and that we must patiently “be still” until God reveals through our higher consciousness that which is Truth—the Truth about God, man, and the universe. This is the means of developing that spiritual consciousness which alone is the healing power, and also is the gift of spiritual knowing and living. Continue reading Attain That Mind (3/4)
In the metaphysical and mental realm we used the armor and sword of thoughts and affirmations and denials to destroy or overcome sin, disease, death, lack and limitation, but now we have found that there is no reality to these things—they are just the appearances that tempt us into battle.
