ATTENTION – Everything in your world, in your life, has to do with attention. You want attention or give attention, you focus your attention or you divert your attention. There is not a moment where attention isn’t a player in the game.
CO-CREATION?! Attention is so common that it might have escaped your attention. Here is more. Your world and your mood reflects where you place your attention. The way you experience yourself is fully related to where you place your attention. Is attention related to co-creation? Are you creating with your attention? The time has come for a tribute to attention.
SURRENDER TO LOVE – This world seems to be designed to capture, fragment, and monetize our focus, reclaiming your attention is the ultimate spiritual and psychological act. When guided by fear, attention isolates us in judgment and control. When surrendered to love, attention becomes a portal to peace, connection, and grace. Makes sense , doesn’t it?
THE PROGRAM presented here places “attention” in three different spotlights.
“Attention” from an artistic perspective. Using creative expression as a bridge from study to expand, relax and refocus attention.
“Attention” revealed and used in A Course in Miracles. Incredibly revealing this can be. Healing in this series like from pain, depression, guilt, anxiety and more.
“Attention” from a neuroscience (per example: the left / right hemisphere of the brain) and human perspective. To bridge the common knowledge of human tendencies and life expectations with the ultimate release of that.
IN SHORT: the ‘action’ ingredients of this program is partly scientific, partly revealing, partly reflective and meditative and certainly also creative.
To bring in the neuroscience aspect of attention we will use expressions “famous” neuroscientists.
