Fourth Secret: Practice of Meditation
Meditation is the foundational practice. It’s the conscious turning within to be still, letting the mind quiet down so that the Presence of God (or the Christ) can be felt and impartation (direct revelation of truth) can come from within.
Joel Goldsmith shares:
“In other words, we go to God in prayer but not for any purpose, not for any object, not for any reason but one and that is the experience of God, seeking the Kingdom. That means seeking the realm, seeking the realization of God, seeking the experience of God. So that if each day we have two or three or more periods, even if they be of one or two or three minutes each or five or ten in which we go to God, speak Lord, thy servant heareth. Here I am, Father, fulfill Thyself in me. Thou art my Lord and Master. Thou art Creator, maintainer and sustainer of my being. Fulfill Thyself in me. I come to this throne not for things but for Thee. For Thee alone, for the experience of being in Thy Presence. Thou the Father within me, Thou doest the work. In Thy presence is freedom”.

Deep Insight

Deep Insight
In prayer – meditation we seek the realization of God, we open our consciousness for direct communication with the Kingdom, the Presence. We open ourselves to our freedom.
Mindful Molecules

The researchers set up a large trial to study blood plasma from cancer survivors, comparing those with a regular meditation practice and those without.
Thanks to this trial, they were able to identify seven microRNAs within EVs (extracellular vesicles – tiny messenger particles that carry information between cells in the body.) that could be linked to meditation practices. MicroRNAs are tiny pieces of genetic material that affect the expression of genes in cells.
These findings are significant as they suggest a path through which meditation may influence cellular communication in ways that promote overall health.
Recent studies support this concept, showing that mindfulness practices can reduce inflammation and stimulate cell repair, both of which are key to maintaining long-term health.

Miracles with Jesus

When You Pray…
6But you, when you pray, enter into your closet and lock your door, and pray to your father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you in public. Matthew 6 (aramaic plain english)
28Come unto me, all of you who labor and are forced to bear burdens, and I shall give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am peaceful and meek in my heart and you will find rest for your souls. 30For my yoke is pleasant and my burden is light.” Matthew 11(ape)
18“I shall not leave you as orphans, for I shall come to you in a little while.” 19“And the world will not see me, but you shall see me; because I live, you also shall live.” 20At that day, you will know that I am in my Father and you are in me and I am in you.” 21“Whoever has my commands and keeps them, he does love me, but he who loves me shall be loved from my Father and I shall love him, and I shall show myself to him.” 22Yehuda said to him (he was not Scariota), “My Lord, how is it you are going to show yourself to us and not the same to the world?” 23Yeshua answered and said to him, “Whoever loves me keeps my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him, and we will make our lodging with him.” 24“But he who does not love me does not keep my word, and this word which you are hearing is not mine, but The Father’s who has sent me.” 25“I have spoken these things with you while I am with you.” 26“But he, The Redeemer of the accursed, The Spirit of Holiness, whom my Father sends in my name, he will teach you all things and he will remind you of everything whatsoever I have told you.” 27“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. It is not as the world gives that I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, and do not let it be afraid.” [John 14 (APE)]
Transformative Principles
- What is given to you from beyond time and space, you can receive by learning to be still, not let your mind be distracted by concerns or fear, but to open your consciousness, pure Inner Altar.
- The miracle of meditation is to take time to turn within, as a daily practice, to let the secret Communion with God enter your consciousness as the gift of a graceful Love Presence.
