My experience
My awakening process has been an incredible possibility to discover the reality of Who I am through the “CREATIVE EXPRESSION” that has taken place through me as an instrument. In making posts and video’s for this website and the Youtube channel more and more possibilities open up to experience my CONNECTEDNESS through the application and use of the ARTS.

The ARTS
The arts we use in the upcoming classes are all part of my own journey and as such you might recognize it. It is a possibility for a discovery of the way you express your Self. In your transformation arts are so helpful in allowing changes to occur and become like little children.. It is a great wat to loose track of time and just enjoy!!

THE FORMAT
The 9th of May 2022 is our INTRODUCTION CLASS. In this class I will tell you more about how we will work in this series of classes. But for now, it comes down to the following:
- Before the next class you receive an EXERCISE to prepare something for class. The time you have to spend on preparation of your project for class is up to you, but a minimum of 30 minutes is required to allow some depth in your ‘project’.
- In class you will have time to present your project or actually PERFORM. It is much like improvisation. It does not need to be perfect at all. The most important part is that you do this and go through the process to allow yourself to go through fear to come to a new freedom. What a healing opportunity!!
When do we meet?
The classes are held at Monday’s at noon Central Time USA Canada.
Three classes will be in May 2022 and 3 classes will be in June 2022, Check the schedule below. CHECK HERE FOR YOUR TIME

Where do we Meet?
We will meet online using Zoom to connect. This is an easy to use app on your phone or I-pad. The link to the Classroom is: https://zoom.us/j/7567456815 . Make sure you enter 5 minutes before the class, so we can start on time.
The COST
All activities presented are free of charge. However, you are asked to consider a donation. The suggested donation for this series of classes is $90.
