Today we start the Miracle Mind Refresher. Here is a sneak peak.
The necessity for training your mind becomes obvious if you start your meditations and see that your mind goes in all directions at the same time. If your mind is ‘possessed’ with many distractions you can’t focus or be at peace.
The actual occurence in the miracle mind refresher is an activation of your LET GO – “muscle” . So your mind can be open.
We use the textbook of A Course in Miracles with some expressions. This to inspire to refresh your miracle mind
The use a lesson of A Course in Miracles Workbook. We review and practice a lesson chosen “randomly”. We practice in depth in the meeting.
