Inspiration & Invitation

Someone asked, “What is the Reverend’s house style?” The Master said, “Flowers fall from my love for them; weeds grow from my hatred of them.”
The next in the series of Mortal Man’s Guide to Enlightenment is “The Zen Patriarch”.
The zen expressions or koans will become familiar to you in this series. One popular example of a koan is “What is the sound of one hand clapping..” But there are so many more. And.. they are lovely to take a look at and get the ‘hang’ of it.

HELPFUL in your awakening
A new revelation is waiting for you. Everything in awakening is used for your transformation. To use expressions of the Zen tradition confirms the one purpose of your individual spiritual path. A different way of listening or seeing. It will reveal an important aspect in your realization of universal truth by experience. We also use the Urtext Manuscripts of A Course in Miracles. All this is very helpful in your awakening. A provision for the possibility of a deep God experience!

“A desert is a desert is a desert”.
(Urtext A Course in Miracles)
Practices we perform

Readings and inspiration of the early Zen Patriarchs scripts, like The Great Way.
“To return to the root is to find meaning, but to pursue appearances is to miss the source.”
The practices are Zazen, a Zen tradition meditation, a sitting meditation. The way we use this will be different using koans and miracle expressions to come to life in us. In every meeting is 2x a meditation moment

Christ Treasury – Readings and inspiration of specific ‘treasury’ lessons of A Course in Miracles. To recognize and realize what is given and is already yours.
“No lack unsatisfied, no need unmet, within this golden treasury of Christ“.
The Zen-Tabernacling (30 min.) EXTRA EVENT
This is an extra event -A meditation where you sit (Zazen). A short prelude with Singing Bowl music. Silence and you go within. Every 5-7 minutes you will hear a bell. Bamboo flute improvisation.
