In a world of conflict you are not at peace. To get out of conflict you need some help. I recognize my success in becoming joyous is based on my willingness to accept this help. I wonder what increases my willingness? Having positive learning experiences is a great help. But it doesn’t stop there. Admitting that I am in no position to judge my own situation and having no clue how to decide in order to be happy is a great help too. It urges me not to try my own ways anymore, but to directly ask for help, even in situations that seems so trivial. What is the role of my brother in this?
