The Zen-Tabernacling
This a meditation where you sit, in the traditional Zen practice called Zazen. In the new Zen-tabernacling we add a short prelude with Singing Bowl . During the meditation you will hear a bell every 5 minutes. At the end you will listen to a musical improvisation.
What is Zen- tabernacling?
ZEN – tabernacling is a name used to describe a new form of meditation (30 minutes). Instead of just sitting still and meditate we use the formula below. This is an inspired gift to you, you give to yourself. A dedicated moment to connect with the Kingdom within. To communicate with God in you. To breath the peace that is given you.
- 5 minutes of signing bowl sounds to help you release thoughts and concerns
- to let you relax your breathing to a deep belly breathing
- to help you relax your shoulders and release tension
- 20 minutes silent meditation, every 5 – 7 minutes you hear a bell to stay alert
- 3-5 minutes of musical improvisation
When do we meet?
