The Troubadour is a series to discover the freedom of self-expression through sound & words. This episode we admit to our increased sensitivity. The increased sensitivity of yourself during the transformational journey.
Increased Sensitivity
In the book “Wired to Create” you read in chapter 8 about Sensitivity. What makes a person highly sensitive? Are you sensitive for noises, smells, beautiful art, of course. But when is it that you are highly sensitive?
HSP – Highly Sensitive Person
Just from a psychology POV (Point of View): Highly Sensitive Person, or HSP, is a term introduced by psychologist Elaine Aron. She says: HSPs are a subset of the population who are high in a personality trait known as sensory-processing sensitivity, or SPS. Those with high levels of SPS display increased emotional sensitivity, stronger reactivity to both external and internal stimuli—pain, hunger, light, and noise—and a complex inner life.

Increasingly sensitive…

We use chapter 2 of the Urtext Manuscripts of A Course in Miracles
This shares about the idea of an increased sensitivity during our transformational journey. In fact it is shared as a necessary part of your soul’s journey. Why you ask? The world’s ideas become intolerable and you start to see there is more..
Except for the intensity of your new discoveries there is more. It opens up new abilities at the same time. To mention one aspect. Your openness to write a poem and letting that freely flow.
How sensitive are you?
In the meeting we check if there is a recognition with being a Highly Sensitive person. We will share how this is a helpful trait to speed up your transformation. And above all use it to learn to express yourself in a poetic way. Check out the video below!
