The Art of Failure 1

The Art of Failure 1
(Limerick rhyme)

This is an end of time review
Of inventions you once knew
Or still apply up till today
Or never used hooray
As an example I will mention a few

When Leonardo invented an aeroplane
He opened the door to a new lane
Eventually a Wright-flyer was in the air
It stirred up some wind in your hair
Finding a destination started a pain

Where can you go is what I ask
See differently, put off your mask
Touching the essence of the Self
Leaving the ego mind on a shelf
Walking a Pathless Path is your task

A new invention by A.G. Bell
We all know this very well
Was a handy device to communicate
From early morning ‘till very late
Talk to anyone and stay in your dwell

A moment absent of communication?
A device to confirm the relation?
All of Creation connects with all
God is giving answers to every call
Unlimited access without regulation

Albert shared a theory of relativity wholehearted
Ending up in the place where you started
Small particles, intense energy
Brought scientists together, real synergy
An imaginary veil never to be parted

The Universe is what my Self rules
Reality is and for that it needs no tools
Time and space become a meaningless belief
No need to stay any longer in your grief
Ignorance is a choice, you fools

Awakening is discovering you are the joke
Seeing yourself with a heart that broke
Now is the time for a happy dream
A new conscious light is what you beam
Welcome the ecstasy it will evoke

Necessity is the mother of invention
Just thought that needed a mention
What is the need remains to be seen
For time is over and has never been
The present now is all and your salvation

Some poetry that is brought to life today as we will also do in the Troubadour. A new series starting January 4th 2025. This poem is in the Limerick format: A-A-B-B-A.

It is a relief to write poetry and allow depth in it. My experience is that poetry is part of expression with an open mind. The inspiration flows and is a delight. It seems more natural to express spiritual meaning through poetry than just using words to express it. You can ‘charge’ the words with meaning. The ease and the flow are very close to light and extension of love. Why else would you write a poetic love letter to your dear One?
