Mystical Moments – IS THIS FOR ME?
“At Mystical Moments, we’re diving into a bit of a treasure hunt. We’re looking for the ‘gold’ hidden beneath the words we read every day—whether that’s a lesson from A Course in Miracles, a deep dive into Joel Goldsmith, or a poetic paragraph from Teilhard de Chardin. The goal isn’t just to collect more facts; it’s to catch the vibe behind the ink. It’s the difference between reading a love letter and actually being in love. We want to feel the ESSENCE, not just study the sentences!” Here some examples.
| MASTER | EXPRESSION’s ESSENCE |
|---|---|
| Joel S. Goldsmith | “Don’t get stuck in the ‘form’ of the message. Be still, and let the Spirit behind the word reach your awareness.” |
| Meister Eckhart | “The soul must be ’empty’ of words to be filled with the Word. God is a wordless sigh.” |
| Brother Lawrence | “I don’t need a library to find Him. I just turn the heart toward His presence while I’m flipping pancakes.” |
| Sri Aurobindo | “Words are just the scaffolding. We are climbing toward a Supramental consciousness that knows without thinking.” |
| Teilhard de Chardin | “The words are the ‘matter’ of the universe; we are looking for the ‘fire’ inside that matter.” |
| You | “Think of the words as the lyrics, but the meaning as the melody. You can memorize the lyrics, but the melody is what makes you dance.” |

It could be the daily lessons of A Course in Miracles or it could also be from reading a section from Joel S. Goldsmith’s books or contemplating a paragraph from Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, etc, etc.
How would it be when Joel Goldsmith would say the same in context and meaning but in his own vocabulary? Or Meister Eckhart? Or Brother Lawrence, or Sri Aurobindo, or Teilhard de Chardin? Or you?
And what is the content and the meaning beyond the words that we read?
You want to experience this, it is the essence!
Assignment – Your inspiration – Exercise example
An exercise could look like this:
👉 Read a (or section of) lesson from A Course in Miracles or other spiritual text of your choice
👉 Take time to let the words and it’s meaning in
👉 What is the content, the essence that you discover?
👉 What is it telling you beyond the words, what does it reveal to you?
👉 Now, find a way to express this in your way, with your words, poetic rhythm or artistic expression.
👉 Take your time to work on this so you are happy about it
