Unless you're willing to lose your life, you can't find your life eternal. Doesn't say anything about improving that old mortal life. Doesn't say anything about making it healthy. What good is it after it's healthy? May have an atomic bomb tomorrow or an automobile blowup. Where are you when you're healthy? Still looking forward to threescore years and ten, twenty, or thirty and still looking forward to the undertaker. It is only when you stop thinking in terms of health and sickness, and poverty and wealth, and begin to think in terms of spirituality, that you transcend, not only bad humanhood but even good humanhood. You transcend the Ten Commandments. You transcend being that good, moral, human being, obeying the Ten Commandments, and you rise to the consciousness that Christ Jesus revealed when he said there are only two commandments, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, with all thy soul. Have no other God but that one. And love your neighbor as yourself.
